2 recent passport-sized color photographs (not older than 3 months) taken in a plain background.

Original passport with minimum 3 blank pages and 6 months validity and passport numbers of older passports if previously visited Singapore.

Personal Cover Letter typed in plain paper if employed or in company letterhead if self-employed.

Any of the supporting documents mentioned below depending on your occupation and type of visit: o Confirmed hotel reservation and round flight tickets. o For Singapore Visit Visa:  If you are visiting a friend or relative you must include an invitation letter or a letter of introduction/V39A form  If you are sponsored, then you must include the sponsorship letter. o For Singapore Business Visa:  A cover letter from the Indian company typed on the company letterhead and an invitation letter from the host company stating business details, purpose of trip, etc. o Student: College, School, or Institute ID card. o Employed: Employment ID card and Salary Slips from previous 3 months o Self-employed: Partnership deed / Business Registration License / MOA o Retired: Retirement proof like pension statement, etc. o Minor: Id proof of parent (like passport or PAN card) and No Objection Certificate from parents (or non-accompanying parent) on a paper with a 100 Rs stamp.
